Show center stick middle and quarters
Kickups on side of choice
Determine the ideal personal 'work/play zone' in the frontal
plane; solar plexus orientation, at forearm distance
Explore center stick balance with right and left index finger,
then right and left handstick
Practice 1/2 and full flips with hands
Chin rolls down arms to handsticks- keep rolling- pull and pop
Practice full flips-
Then half flips (because of 1/2 flip roll direction change)

Try center stick roll with just one handstick at middle,
left and right
Ground School:
